FITNESS IN LOCKDOWN

Moving our bodies feels more important than ever. Those of us missing the gym, and our favorite group classes are having to adapt. Many studios are offering free online classes and people are getting creative. Please share your ideas with VILLAGE!

I love what I call “micro workouts”. They consist usually of 10 blocks in which I do one exercise, like squats or planks for 1 minute each without stopping. I either add that to a hilly walk, pilates or I just keep squatting all over the house while I do things like fold laundry. Then I never feel like I dread this big workout. Always be working out!
